Respected Sir,
With due respect, First I would like to tell you that for the first time, I am writing any letter to anyone out of my college/school officials. And that happened, because for the first time, I felt like, If I give any suggestion for my respected and dearest country; then someone is going to study this for once at least.
Coming to my suggestion; I want you to bring a culture into action of using CLOTH MADE NATIONAL FLAG instead of PAPER for compulsory; that, If anyone wants to use the NATIONAL FLAG, he surely can; but the NATIONAL FLAG should be made of CLOTH. whether it is a child or adult, one should have a NATIONAL FLAG made of cloth.
Let me tell you why?... It's because, Everytime around 15th AUGUST and 26th JANUARY, everyone buys flag with full pride and honour to the flag. But, the same flag holds no value after few days and people throw it like just another piece of Paper. It obvious also, actually anyone would do that because one cannot keep a piece of paper forever untill he/she loves that like it is gifted from someone special.
On INDEPENDENCE DAY and REPUBLIC DAY, almost every INDIAN feels proud for it, but the same FLAG which was the reason of "PRIDE AND HONOUR few days back" is found on the roads here and there; some of them even found the way successfully to the gutter; which is really shameful for everyone.
Now, coming to the point, why I suggested to use Cloth made, is also because of the INDIAN mentality. It is INDIA where a middle class family even make use of an useless and dirty underwear, by using it for cleaning the floors. Then, I am damn sure they will keep the NATIONAL FLAG with full HONOUR and PRIDE, if not for daily then will surely keep the same for next year. and in this way, it will not be a shameful scene for anyone who loves his/her country's FLAG.
Sir, please think for once over it, If you have any better idea than this; then I request you to please start that; because since school days, I stopped buying FLAGS just due to this issue, because I hated the scene of my FLAG in front of my eyes a few days later.
Sir, My words may not be so good, but I think it is enough to make one understand what I want to say. Please Sir, please think over it for once. Also, please reply to me with a reason, If not going to start this. Please sir, I want to know what is that reason that is stopping MY NATIONAL FLAG from facing a shameful death after being hoisted with full PRIDE and HONOUR at once.
